Description:
“We’re having a Garage Sale!” Phil is shouting.  “Come see what we got!” 
    
Phil soon learns that what he’s got is a whole lot of hilarious surprises and plenty of trouble.   But that’s what happens when you try to quickly sell off your teenagers’ and wife’s  “stuff”.   But …  it’s all got to go and for a good reason.  That’s because it’s Phil’s first step in his Secret Plan to escape the rat race.   It’s going to be a big surprise -  that the family will just LOVE . . .  or maybe HATE.    Ohhhh boy--  Now you’ve done it Phil.   

And if that’s not enough, Phil gets the wackiest of shoppers.  And then the neighbourhood grump starts to stock his best customer.   Phil will never forget his first Garage Sale.  Nether will you!
