Most ordinary apartment buildings have a least one extraordinary tenant. But as luck would have it, for three years running, three of them move in next door to John Cummings. His dealings with each one makes for the funniest adventures likely ever seen about apartment living.
Iris, with her best friend Natalie, arrives in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia to inspect her newly inherited seaside home. As she is trying to rein in Natalie's sudden infatuation with the neighbour Iris is discovering that the home is at the centre of a secret life - which she has now become a part of.
Some mystery plus many surprises, along with a budding romance, and most of all, laughter galore gives you the hit comedy "LUNENBURG".
